Online Meeting Program - Join.Me

Join.Me is a software program designed to host online meetings that allows the presenter to
share their computer screen to present information visually. Join.Me may be used to help train
team members on new processes and for meetings that require the sharing of information.


To Join a Meeting:

  1. Check your Private Email or your Manager@ email address for an invitation from the
    presenter (typically the APM or the Home Office) with the subject line “Please join.me”.

  2. Open the email and click the link.


  3. Clicking the link will launch a browser that allows you to view the presenter’s screen.



  4. When the meeting is over, the presenter will stop the screen sharing and you can simply close your browser window.
