What do I do if two tenants have the same name and one's locked out but the other's paid up?

After confirming you have a duplicate tenant name and that one's past due status is affecting the other, try adding a middle name to the first name field in Sitelink.  Although this may seem strange, due to the way the Storlogix database is programmed, using the middle initial spot will not help Storlogix differentiate the duplicate names.  After you have adjusted the tenants name, update your gates and the tenant will now be unlocked.

Notice the middle name field is blank.
